This ATT store is the best I’ve ever experienced. The manager, Lyman, has a deep understanding of all the options, plans and available solutions for any issue. And, he is such a professional, kind, customer-first person. I would drive past another ATT store and go to this one if you can. You won’t be dissappointed.

Had a problem with the new cell phone activation and had to stop by for a new SIM card. Lyman fixed me up in no time flat. Very fast and efficient, thank you. It is also appreciated that this store opens at 9am, while almost all other AT&T stores in the area open at 10am.

Stop in to inquire of the latest iphone and their service plan. The two gentlemen took the time to answer all my questions and explain clearly. I’ve also inquired about Apple Watch and they are very knowable on how the Device works with different carriers. I left the store knowing all my options much better and more educated then before.

I believe his name was Lyman but the guy I had was amazing got a new phone and only took me about 20 mins thanks AT&T
